Returns

According to European law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal. The period starts from the moment the (entire) order is received by you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with any labels still attached and without signs of use. In the event of signs of use, the product will not be taken back.

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to include a covering note clearly stating your name and order number, this will speed up the processing of your return. You can find a sample letter at the bottom of this page.

Shipping costs are for your own account, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged.

If you cancel the agreement within 30 days and the package is back in our possession within 30 days, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question back within 5 working days.Costs for this return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. Please note: in the case of credit card payment, a return booking is often only visible to you on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.
